Unless otherwise noted, all meetings are held at Engineers Australia, Royal Engineers Building, 2 Davey Street, Hobart.

Six meetings are held per year, usually on Tuesdays.

Presentations commence at 6:00pm (free light snacks are available from 5:30pm) and conclude around 7:30pm. An informal meal is usually organised at a local venue after the event for those wishing to meet afterward.

Non-members are welcome.
